MISSION

SGV2 builds strong partnerships within local communities to provide exceptionally comprehensive physical health and mental health care to those in need. Our health care campuses are designed to be carbon neutral, feature organic farms and are located in areas that are co-identified by community leaders. Our goal is to provide communities with all the resources necessary for each member to truly thrive. SGV2 fills in the gaps where current (and often faulty) systems fail to assist human beings. SGV2 is a corporation in good standing in the State of Maryland and is a 501(c)(3) non-profit.

SGV2 campuses are built using innovative sustainable design. They employ the use of geothermal heating and cooling, solar electric, and solar hot water. The design materials for the structures are largely sourced on location, in no small part using the soil from the actual site dig to construct the campus buildings.

Comprehensive healthcare involves not only top specialists and cutting edge technology, but also general practitioners for everyday family medical needs. We offer extensive and highly technical services related to mental health, compassionate recovery, and homelessness. We are further dedicated to women's health, men's health, dentistry, ocular health, pediatric and elder care, occupational, physical, and speech therapies.

The foundation of bodily health includes consistent and clean nutrition.  The advantages are calculable. The role nutrition plays in health and resiliency could not be more crucial.  Our comprehensive community support includes making nutrient-dense food available and affordable. This model supports the livelihood of local farmers as well their ability to keep and preserve our precious farm land.

We look forward to working with local community leaders, policy makers and other invested parties to co-develop community specific, need-based, comprehensive campuses. Additionally, we welcome their support in specifically ensuring that at-risk populations become aware of our services. This group would include, but certainly not be limited to, persons of color, veterans, individuals suffering beneath low or no income, women, children, immigrant populations and the elderly. We  work with major insurance companies, Medicare and Medicaid, but also provide free care to qualifying candidates.
